Meet Taylor Burch, the passionate force behind St. Louis' premier Animal flow, pilates, and yoga studio, Rebellion STL. With a Master’s degree Kinesiology and Sports Psychology, Taylor blends expertise in corrective exercise with a dedication to movement-based therapy, strength training, and rehabilitation.

As regional leader and owner of St. Louis' first Animal Flow gym, Taylor's innovative approach integrates Pilates, yoga, and personalized training to empower clients in achieving holistic wellness. Through a commitment to transformative practices and community support, Taylor guides individuals on a journey towards strength, mobility, and self-discovery.

  • All of our classes are beginner friendly. We spend time demonstrating each movement and the small group atmosphere makes it easy to ask questions. There are plenty of ways to modify for all skill levels and abilities in all classes offered.

  • Animal Flow is a style of quadrupedal movement training (QMT) that has grown in popularity in recent years. It utilizes our own bodyweight and incorporates functional movement patterns to improve strength, power, mobility and coordination. Not only is it a great workout, but it’s also a fun way to mix up your exercise routine. All of our classes offered are beginner-friendly.

  • Our drop-in rate for each of our classes is $20. However, there are packages available that bring the rate down to $15, as well as an unlimited class package for $150 / month.

  • Yes! there are options available for private and semi-private training for those that are interested in a more personalized experience. Rates vary depending on the number of weekly sessions as well as the services that are included. You can set up an initial assessment to see if this is the right option for you and to discuss all available packages.

  • The initial assessment is an hour long session that consists of a full body workout designed to screen different movement patterns and how your body responds to them. This time can be used to go over form, get help with mobility, or discuss the best options for reaching your goals.
